Design and Consultancy/ Sundridge Park![]() ![]() ![]() Inspired by England’s greatest architect and landscape gardener, John Nash and Humphrey Repton, Sundridge Park is a Millgate Homes development of classical apartments and town houses set in the Kent countryside. The restored coach houses designed by Samuel Wyatt in 1805, converted into five distinctive homes, are set back from the mansion house. On the site of a large Victorian botanical conservatory, the Pavilion buildings at Sundridge Park consist of newly built apartments and town houses; a modern interpretation of Regency splendour. The luxury development boasts a private spa complex and elite hotel style concierge service. Outstanding architecture, design and landscaping combined with traditional workmanship and a human touch on every project. Millgate insist on working in partnership with only the very best, their partnership with Syntax to provide a world class spa, kitchens from one of the most famous names in the industry, Mark Wilkinson, and Interior Design from the award-winning Taylor Howes Designs. The chosen design was installed in the Show Home Sales Area which will be followed by the full installation in 2009. Millgate Homes/ Sundridge Park |
