Within the cornice range you will discover the ever-changing face of interior decoration.

The range has been divided up into periods of style. Each fashionable period added a striking new episode to the story, the movement of creativity blending into another – a constant revival of timeless heritage.

Whilst you are learning the difference between a ‘Victorian Swan Neck’ and a ‘Georgian Modillion’ or the many patterns of ‘Egg and Dart’ cornice, Revival hope you appreciate that wherever possible our choices are as accurate as possible. As always with History the facts are open to speculation and discussion, as most designs depended on the style and budget of the original commissioner.

Using the style time line you can place your property within the correct period.

The cornices are manufactured traditionally from plaster reinforced with hessian and timber lathes. They are cast from reverse moulds of silicon rubber, GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) and plaster. Some modern mouldings are manufactured using GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum).

Revival’s installation team travel nationwide to ensure that our products are installed to the highest standards possible.
